I receive an error page when trying to
buy the software. What should I do in order to purchase and download
it?
Some browsers behave oddly when they
encounter commerce sites, randomly reporting missing or inaccessible
pages. While we investigate the cause for this, you can try accessing
our online store with another browser if possible. Please try to
use the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape.
I can't download the software from the
commerce site. Is there any other way I can obtain it?
If you continue to have problems downloading the software, then

methods.
The page expired before I was able to
finish my purchase or download. What should I do now?
Sometimes pages expire before a user is finished with them. Or you
computer might crash or stall while downloading the software files.

Is there an Apple Macintosh version of
your software available?
A Macintosh version of our software
is not available at the moment. Currently we are evaluating different
options to provide Mac support for our customers.
